After being placed with a coach, you’ll fill out our intake form and have a Zoom intro call with your coach to discuss priorities and expectations.
ASSESS
The initial movement assessment will be done remotely, followed by an in-person body assessment (inBody 570) and further physical testing (if necessary).
TRAIN
Personalized programming can be accessed via TrueCoach app and done during open gym, with our team of coaches always available on the floor to assist.
