Your 1-on-1 Assessment will be done at OPEX and includes a consultation, body composition scan (inBody 570), movement screen (VALD HumanTrak), and strength/power test (VALD Forcedecks), if necessary.
TRAIN
Your personalized programming can be accessed via TrueCoach app and done during open gym, with our team of coaches always available on the floor to assist. No need for reservations or appointments!
