TALK

Intake Form
You will fill out an intake form that details your goals, experience, limitations, and current lifestyle.

Nourishment
We will examine your current and past relationship with food and hydration and identify opportunities.

Lifestyle
We will have you walk us through a typical day and have you identify new areas for increased efficiency.

Assess

Body
We will have you walk us through a typical day and help you identify new areas for increased efficiency.

Move
You will go a number of mobility and strength tests to identify any injuries, strengths and weaknesses.

Work
Depending on your experience level, we will test either your aerobic or anaerobic work capacity.

TRAIN

Open Gym
You can use the gym as long as there is a coach on the floor. No more scheduling sessions/classes.

Floor Coaching
There will always be a coach on the floor who knows your name, programming, and is ready to help.

TrueCoach Mobile App
All of your workouts and communication with your personal coach will be done on the mobile app.

Monthly Sit-Downs
Every 4-6 weeks your coach will evaluate your progress and adjust your programming accordingly.

Travel Friendly
Traveling for work or vacation? No problem. Your program will adjust as your life ebbs and flows.

Community Events
Be part of the community and make friends who all share a similar growth mindset as you.

Monday – Thursday

Coached Sessions: 6am – 9am, 5pm – 8pm
Open Gym hours: 9am – 12pm, 3pm – 5pm, 8pm – 9pm

Friday
Coached Sessions: 6am – 10am
Open Gym Hours: 3pm – 7pm

Saturday
Coached Sessions: 8am – 12pm

Sunday
Open Gym Hours: 9am – 12pm
