As a group class participant, your lead coach will guide you through a movement curriculum to supplement your training.

All Classes:

Are meant for beginners, though the intensity of workouts can be scaled to you.

Are capped at no more than 10 people to ensure proper coaching attention.

Are meant to supplement your training, and not be the foundation of your workouts.
